"It’s definitely worth a try- the recipes are delicious, and only requiring a few ingredients is such a breath of fresh air. While some recipes require specific spice blends or products that are used for simplicity but are not necessarily available in Canada, you’ll need to do your best estimate for them (i. e. multigrain rice blend?). It makes eating Mediterranean delicious and accessible."

Jamie Oliver is a global phenomenon in food and campaigning.
