"STORY 4. 7/5 ⭐️ the plot moves along steadily, never feeling like you need to go back and search for clues or you missed something. it makes an easy, comfortable read and Henry's writing is easily digestible (perhaps a tad bit predictable but thats not a bad thing with this book) CHARACTERS 5/5 ⭐️ everyone fits in this books world perfectly, including the one-off background characters. no one felt """"wasted"""", and the relationships between the characters developed naturally and almost realistically. i say almost with love; it's hard to write about someone going to therapy and doing the /actual/ work to help themselves, but Henry writes the characters and their motivations in a way that you /could/ believe a well-adjusted person goes through this arc in the short amount of time they're given. Also, (not a spoiler) HUGE sucker for familial relationships. Which may or may not tint my review (it does, but not by much!)"
