It’s a no for me
"I had high hopes for this book given the ratings but it was a snooze fest for me. There was waaaay too much profanity although I understand it was intended to be funny. I didn’t learn anything new that I didn’t already know about. I also feel some of the advice can be triggering for some people. This was a waste and I shall return."

OONAGH DUNCAN is a multi-award-winning trainer with 18 years of distinction in the fitness industry who has helped people all over the world get past fitness plateaus. She has worked as an Associate Fitness Editor for Chatelaine magazine, a contributing writer for Fitness magazine, and a regular guest on CBC's The Goods and The Steven and Chris Show. She has been a keynote speaker at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the Diva Girl Conference, and The Canadian Department of Citizenship and Immigration. Currently, Oonagh helps hundreds of people change their bodies, brains and habits through her groundbreaking online program, The Healthy As F*ck Kickstart.
