Learn the ABCs with lowercase letter babies in this fun and funny alphabet book!
When letters are babies they just like to play, and don't like to leave at the end of the day! Lowercase letter babies are busy playing at recess, but it’s time for them to get in alphabetical order and head back inside for naptime.
The lowercase “h” baby hops on the hopscotch squares, while baby “s” does the seeking in hide-and-seek. Across the playground, baby “j” jump-ropes and baby “t” enjoys the tire swing. All the while, baby “z” searches for his missing stuffed zebra. The teacher, a capital “T,” stretches out a rope for the lowercase letter babies to hang on to as she gathers them in alphabetical order.
Finally, the letter babies are in order and ready to nap in their very own spots. Readers will enjoy the interactive element of matching the adorable letter babies to illustrations of items starting with the same letter on various spreads throughout the book, and the fun, rhyming text makes for a great read-aloud.
