"I couldn't decide what to read so I finally picked up this ARC that I've had sitting around for over a year. This was a very sweet book about a transgender child that I devoured in one sitting. The storytelling was well done and I loved George. This book should be recommended reading in elementary schools."

"This book will speak to any reader who has ever struggled with questions of identity and coming of age. Young readers will identify with George's struggles to be true to herself and to be respected and accepted for who she is. Adult readers will revisit that time in their lives and perhaps gain fresh insight into the young people around them. My only reservation about this book is that if the reader hasn't previously read Charlotte's Web, some aspects of the story are less meaningful."
