Nicola Henderson, victim services advocate, has a stalker. When a sinister delivery arrives at her home, she and her family flee to a remote location deep in the Rockies called Mountain Shadows Lodge. Although Nicola has fled her stalker, what she encounters there is so much worse. There are only a few other guests and the first evening begins with fun. There's a campfire, a ghost story, a prank that goes wrong and too much alcohol consumed. The next morning, one of the guests is missing. Through the search and investigation, Nicola learns that the official record of those in attendance has one name missing, and not everyone is a stranger to the place, or to each other.
