"This was a fun little read about a young woman who has been overweight most of her life, but after implementing lifestyle changes and self-discipline, she begins to see her inner beauty as well as her outer appearance. A lot of humour enlivens this quick read, as well as some reflections on society's opinion of women. I have to say I loved her best friend even more than the main character!"

"Christina is a character I can identify with. I read it in one sitting over a cup of coffee and can easily recommend you take a break and do the same."

"I enjoyed this story, and the m ode was quite light and upbeat."

"This is one of those stories that will resonate with so many people, myself included. There's a lot of humour in this story. Christina doesn't take herself too seriously. As her confidence grows, she blossoms."

"Being on the chubby side, I really enjoy Christina's funny outbursts about life. It's easy to identify with her."

"I enjoyed this quick read. It hits all the right buttons on the struggle we face on the road to weight loss.

"This is a lovely little read about a woman who has transformed the shape of her body but whose mind struggles to come to terms with the fact that she is no longer the same. The characters are great, the plot moves along quickly and you really feel for the main character."
