Excellent textbook to teach English to children through captivating stories! By drawing upon school activities that young learners are familiar with and introducing characters that illustrate a multicultural and multiracial society, The English Patchwork presents English vocabulary and grammar rules to novice learners in a clear, precise, and pedagogical manner. I highly recommend it to any teachers who believe that stories are a powerful tool to teach an additional language.
