Mitch Russo has been building companies all of his adult life, starting with his world dominating Timeslips Corp which changed the way service professionals track and bill their time, to corporate environments where staff accounts for project hours. His creation of Timeslips Corp from a room over his garage amassed over 250,000 clients worldwide by the time the company was sold to SAGE Plc. Additionally Russo build the first certified consultant program in the software industry later copied by Intuit with Russo's advice. Having grown to over 350 field consultants, generating millions in additional revenue, the company regarding ever one of those people as family and build life-long relationships with many. After selling, Russo joined forces with long-time friend Chet Holmes and ran his company as President before merging with Tony Robbins to create Business Breakthroughs, International. There as CEO, he created two multimillion dollar divisions for BBI which contributed to the company's spectacular growth, all as virtual staff. With the endorsement and confidence of his partner, Tony Robbins, Russo helped create the first virtual training system for both Chet and Tony's ground breaking materials. After Chet's untimely and tragic death in 2011, Russo began writing The Invisible Organization at the prompting of long time friend and mentor; Jay Abraham. Today Russo helps CEOs create massive profits through the techniques outlined in his book.
