The Retirement Plan

"I really enjoyed The Retirement Plan! My sister and I read it together while on vacation, and it turned out to be the perfect pick for a relaxing trip. The story was an easy, entertaining read that kept us both turning the pages and laughing along the way. The characters were engaging, the pacing was light yet captivating, and it struck just the right balance of humor and heart. It’s the kind of book you can breeze through but still remember fondly afterward. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun escape!"

""The Retirement Plan"" was so fun!

"I thought the whole idea behind this book was fabulous! Both the wives and the husbands are looking at their retirement years from completely different perspectives and the result is funny and at times, so unpredictable! I enjoyed it completely!"

Summer fun read

"Lots of quirky twists and fun characters kept me engaged throughout this novel. While some characters felt a bit stereotypical and the outcome was mostly predictable, the short chapters gave it a fast pace, and I thoroughly enjoyed the read."

Good title, attractive cover

"I was excited to read a native Torontonian's debut novel and support women (over a certain age) as they embark on a new chapter in their life!. Sue Hincenbergs book took a long time to get going and why, why is there an need for every other page to be filled w ith F ***word??!! The cover, and back summary caught my attention but that's where the good part began and ended for me. Not until the very last few chapters did I crack a smile or feel it was worth the read."

Such a great read!

"I was so happy to see a fellow Canadian do such a fabulous job writing her first novel. It was sometimes humourous, sometimes thought provoking but always interesting as I went along for the ride, following the numerous plot twists. Talk about a real page turner! Well done, Sue Hincenbergs."

Wendy L. (5/5)

The retirement plan.

"Not really an avid reader but my family is big time! Needed help finding a new book and was greeted by an employee that was so eager to help! She made my experience so stress free and even introduced me to other books by simular authors! I am so grateful that I was at the Masonville location. I will never hesitate to buy a book in person again! ❤️😍Sue Schulthies"

Susan S. (5/5)

Retirement Mayhem

"I wanted to love this book - except I got tired of over-the top situations and the huge gaps in believability."
