Great read! Highly recommended.

"Has been incredibly helpful. It's structured in very easy to read sections. I don't normally read self-help books but this one is very approachable, concise, and has very easy to implement tools to help with emotionally immature parents or people."

Lola (5/5)

Just wow. Eye opening and life changing

"It all starts with your childhood and parenting. This book deep dives into different types of emotionally immature parents and how it affects are thoughts and decision making as adults now. Really insightful, especially if you’re going through some tough family issues. There are helpful checklists and lots of other stories from people that have experienced immature parents, helping you not feel so alone in the world. Your parents may have done the best they could with what they had, but now we have better tools (aka like this book) to end the cycle of emotionally immature parenting."

Layla L. (5/5)

Heavy Content

"Makes one understand why they are, the way they are. How poor parenting has affected you and how you possibly have passed the trauma along. Give yourself time to process and think about how to change for the better. Love yourself. . ."
