This book introduces us to Artie, a clumsy Eco Hero, as he visits with Alex and his sister Belinda, their talking dog Ruffo, and their friend Caleb. Artie opens house walls to show them how electrical power runs throughout the house. He takes them from the basement through wires to power plants powered by oil, the sun, water and wind. Throughout their time together, Artie not only teaches them how electricity works but also how to be to use it responsibly.
With its colorful illustrations, children will enjoy reading it on their own, while parents will enjoy reading it to their younger children.
