Finally a Canadian bread baking book to stand up with the other tomes

"Great bread book with innovative recipes. I can’t wait to try them. Some of the vegan declarations might need to be fact checked."

A must for every Kitchen!

"I’ve been a regular visitor to BrEd in Whistler due to their incredible products and passionate, friendly staff. I’ve admired Ed and Natasha’s Vegan and ethical food ethos from the outset and their consistently delicious products; with seasonal, varying, locally sourced flavours is always a delightful part of my weekly shop. Now I can enjoy baking and trying some of their thoughtful recipes for myself!! Huzzah. _x000D_ Luckily for BrEd, I don't often bake for large crowds so will continue to buy single-servings at their bakery ;) But the espresso cake is a must! Why Coffee Cake in Canada doesn't include actual coffee has always evaded me!_x000D_ BrEd is a true Gem in Whistler and Creekside and the world needs more ethical, sustainable businesses like theirs! Congratulations are very much deserved on this amazing cookbook and their B-Corp status!_x000D_ Thank you for sharing these wonderful, harm free recipes <3"
