William F. Supple, Jr., Ph. D., is a neuroscientist who contributed foundational work on brainstem mechanisms of behavior and midline cerebellar involvement in learning, memory, and emotion. His research was instrumental in identifying brainstem and cerebellar sites of learning and memory as well as brainstem mechanisms of complex emotional states. He received his B. A. in Psychology from Marist College and a Ph. D. from Dartmouth College. In addition to teaching standard brain and behavior classes, his interest in sports led him to develop a popular Sports Psychology course at the University of Vermont. Bill and his wife Toni also established a successful for-sale-by-owner real estate business in Vermont and New Hampshire called Picket Fence Preview. They have three grown children.
“Bill Supple has carried out remarkable work for many years and stands among the true pioneers who first highlighted the potential benefits of fenbendazole for patients with cancer. This book opens new perspectives in oncology and offers a future that is both promising and inspiring. I concur with the reflection of many researchers: we are gradually transitioning from an era of radical innovation to an era of therapeutic repurposing. This book fits perfectly within this movement—one recently illustrated by the State of Florida’s substantial multimillion-dollar investment to study ivermectin and other medications. Could fenbendazole be among the next molecules to be thoroughly investigated? We sincerely hope so.”--Pierrick Martinez, PhD in physiology, specialized in onco-rhythmology and cancer metabolism
