The Trustees of the Publication Fund propose on the 4th of July, to publish a memorial volume, which will treat of the occu patiou of Philadelphia by the enemy, and of the operations of the armies during that eventful period of the Revolution. Also a full examination of the facts relating to the passage and first public reading of the Declaration of Independence in this city, in July.
