By Love we are kept... By Favor we are given... By Mercy we are saved... By Grace we are living... Thank you Lord for the Grace you have shown me, through the years of my life. I have so much to be thankful for. You have given me so much, in turn for the little I have done. You stood with me when I didn't realize you were there, and yet you stayed. There are no words to express the unselfish deed you did to save my soul. You gave your son...your only son, for me. This is one deed that can never be compared, and the only way I know how to attempt to repay, is through obedience, love and respect. So, I will try to live my life in the way that is expected of me and combine all these things in my praise. THANK YOU FATHER, Carolyn Cole was born in Scotland County, N.C. and has lived in Greensboro, N.C. since the age of two. She's the mother of two children and grandmother of three. She has always loved reading and was once known as a "bookworm". She attended Dudley Sr. High in Greensboro, N.C. Although she loved to read, she didn't realize her abilities for writing poetry. This of course was a dormant gift that sprang forth after accepting Christ as her personal Savior.
