Linda Pretre is a real estate investor with more than 16 years experience that has been through the ups and downs of the market, the economy, and the buying and selling of homes. She decided to pursue real estate investing after her dad passed away and her mom went into assisted living because the house was vacant and she and her husband had the skill set to succeed in this business.
