Amazing visuals, lessons, and recipes

"Perfectly demonstrates different baking concepts through the examples of different recipes. This book equips the baker with the knowledge and skills needed to develop their own recipes, or to make changes to get the result they want. He breaks down the math and chemistry in easy to follow charts and actually shows the comparison results of adding too much or too little of something. Clear flowcharts give the baker creative freedom to make whatever kind of dessert they want; he doesn't say what's right or wrong. Basic recipes for lots of essential baked goods and their variations. I have yet to read the whole thing but I'm definitely excited to check it out fully. The only thing I have is that there isn't a picture accompanied with every single recipe to show what it looks like, but I guess we could just search it up lol. All-in-all, amazing visuals and lessons."

One of the best baking book I own!

"Great baker's book!! Has a lot of detail and the flow charts for how you can alter a baked good to make it slightly different is amazing!"

Mysteries unlocked!

"Everything I’ve wanted to know about the hows and whys of baking! Why did my recipe fail? How can I improve it? Simple, visual and basic explanations of what works and what doesn’t. Recipes to suit anyone’s preferences in baked goods."
