Good starter book for people new to ADHD

"This book gives you an idea and history of what it is to have ADHD. I like how it is not focus on one age group but instead it shows you that from childhood to adulthood there are signs everywhere but sometimes the lack of awareness is real. Really good to start recognizing and learning more about this topic."

Sandra C. (5/5)

Well written and useful

"Well written and useful book for those with ADHD, or their family members. The author has the diagnosis himself, and is a doctor, so has a unique perspective."
