Congo State, returned to Belgium early in March last. Its Report has not been published.

A statement appeared recently in the Press that-the Com mission would hand its Report to the Sovereign of the Congo State towards the end of August.

Assuming the statement to be accurate, there is still nothing to show when that Report will be published, or in what form it will be presented ultimately to the world.
