"[A] timely, gimlet-eyed book about toxic masculinity. “A hopeful prescription.”--GQ

“Plank's empathy and hope are palpable."--Pop Sugar

Good book overall

"This is a good book overall, but the only thing is that the writing is sometimes annoying as it often repeats the same information in a different way."

Loved - A Must Read

"This is an insightful, well written book. I recommend it 100%"

Zoey (5/5)

A must read

"This book was incredibly illuminating. As a feminist, I've always focussed on all the ways that women have bene relegated as second class to men and how much we need to keep fighting for equal rights. This book made me pause. It made me see the narrow reality that men exist in and how toxic masculinity holds men hostage from the full range of human emotion and coping. It made me see that toxic masculinity harms men just as much as it harms women and that we need unity in the fight to stop it. Me need to liberate men for us all to be free."
