Great Purchase!

"This was my first time buying a box set and I definitely was not disappointed! It contains all volumes of the manga as well as a bonus novel and after reading all of them I have to say that I greatly enjoyed them. The box that the books are in is pretty sturdy and even has a convenient handle for carrying. The door to open the box is held with two little pieces of Velcro but it sticks pretty well. The art on the box itself is very nice making it great for displaying and the poster that comes with it is also very nice. In the end I'd definitely recommend it if you're a fan of the series because it's a super convenient way to collect the whole set and all the bonus things you get with it are fantastic!"

Wonderful story

"What to say that you don't already know if you've done your research. . . FMA is everything that you want in a story. The emotional places the Eric brothers make you go through from sadness and anger to laughter and understanding. . . It is absolutely worth the read. If you have never read a manga before, FMA is a great start but also sets the bar pretty high, not sure you could find another series as beautiful as this one. About the box set, definitely worth buying."

Great Boxset

"FMA is one of my favorite series of all time, and this box set did not disappoint me. The box itself looks great, it's very sturdy and comfortably fits all the manga volumes inside. The double-sided poster is cool, the extra light novel that comes with the set offers us more Elric brother shenanigans, but mostly, having the entire series together like this is wonderful on its own. If you love the anime, I do recommend diving into the series through the boxed set because it is 100% worth it."

Born in Hokkaido, Japan, Hiromu Arakawa first attracted attention in 1999 with her award-winning manga Stray Dog. Her series Fullmetal Alchemist was serialized from 2001 to 2010 with a story that spanned 27 volumes and became an international critical and commercial success, receiving both the Shogakukan Manga Award and Seiun Award and selling over 70 million copies worldwide. Fullmetal Alchemist has been adapted into anime twice, first as Fullmetal Alchemist in 2003 and again as Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood in 2009. The series has also inspired numerous films, video games and novels.
