Wow! This is a life changing book!

"I purchased this book after listening to the audiobook. I needed to have a hard copy to use as a reference book that I followed along in and hi lighted as I listened to the audiobook a second time. The book came highly recommended by a co-worker who completely changed his eating and thus dramatically improved his health. There are things in this book that I can’t “unread”! My husband and I will be making permanent changes in our nutrition based on the research presented in this book. It parallels the information presented in The Blue Zones - another book that supports plant based diets. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in using food as medicine."

"I've really enjoyed reading this book which contains many surprising facts, tips, information on how to better feed ourselves and the amazing benefits regular natural food can have on our health. I'll need to reread it but with a pen and paper to take notes in order to implement more of the sound scientifically proven nutrition suggestions."

"This book provided all of the information and guidance I needed to help me finally make the decision to switch to a whole food plant based diet for good. I always wanted to because of my concern for animal welfare and the environmental impacts of the agro industry, but still had this mistaken notion that you could not be healthy without eating animal products. This book made me realize just how wrong I was, and I am already seeing benefits to my overall health, increase in energy, and losing weight without trying, when I have struggled with my weight for decades.
