"In Imagine That, Cassandra Vieten offers a deeply integrative exploration of the human mind, illuminating how imagination is not merely a creative act but a fundamental process shaping our experience, relationships, and well-being. Drawing on science and lived insight, she reveals how we can harness the mind’s capacity to envision and embody new patterns of being. This book is a wise and practical guide to cultivating integration and transforming our lives from the inside out." ~ Daniel J Siegel, MD, New York Times bestselling author, Mindsight; Aware; and Mind—A Journey to the Heart of Being Human, Founder, Mindsight Institute
