"She has been reading Ivy and Bean for over a year, they are old favourites that she revisits often. My wife and I enjoyed reading them to her. Now that my daughter is a bit older, she enjoys reading them to herself. The language used by Annie Barrows is fairly simple, but the adventures of Ivy and Bean are awesome!
