We left the first instalment of 'Memoirs Of A Rogue' after I had successfully navigated my way through childhood, avoided young offenders' prison, no thanks to my cousin, who ended up there, and negotiated the tricky path of puberty without too many mishaps; sticky or otherwise. I entered high school being able to read, write, count, not to get lost, and having an appreciation of religion, history and the human body. I left with much the same; along with the odd piece of paper or two that said that I had been able to demonstrate this and remember it.
