Author and Illustrator Alexandra Aleece describes herself as a joyful melancholy. Her driving purpose in life is to help others feel and know that they are not alone. Feeling alone and disconnected in her childhood motivated her to find a way to share hope and connection with others. Alexandra grew up in beautiful Central Oregon and now studies film and creative writing at Seattle Pacific University.
