Leah Weber is an editor, hockey enthusiast, and booklover living in New York City. Ever since they were a child, they knew they wanted to make books. When they aren't reading or writing, they can be found spending time outside, riding their bike, and knitting sweaters that don't totally fit.

Taryn Johnson (Illustrator)
Taryn Johnson is an illustrator, animator, and designer. She loves bringing a playful appreciation of nature to her work with bright colors, patterns, and a little imagination. With each project, she hopes to spark curiosity and wonder for our planet and the life that lives here. She graduated from Hampshire College with a B.A. concentrating in digital media and animation, with a splash (literally!) of marine biology. She is currently a full-time freelance illustrator and animator specializing in children's illustration and motion graphics animation.
