Everything You Could Want in a Children's Book
I'm so excited to share this book with my daughter as we have a dog that looks just like Rylee! The rhyming story is super cute with a heartwarming message. The illustrations are just perfect-- vibrant colors, adorable animals, and fun details to find and point out. I'm so impressed with this author/illustrator. We'll be reading this book for years to come.
Great read aloud, one of our family favorites!
My kids adore this book and especially love pointing out all the pets and their humorous expressions. I think all three of them have brought it into school for show and tell at this point. As a parent I love the flowing rhymes, the book's messages and themes and that there's lots of things for us to talk about on each page. We have gifted this book several times and always heard how much it is enjoyed. Highly recommend!
The absolute cutest book!
We LOVED Rylee Finds a Family! It's absolutely adorable. The illustrations are perfect and the story is heartwarming. The cute rhyming verses are easy to read and to read aloud. It's a perfect gift for kids (and adults) of all ages!
Beautiful book about family
Beautifully illustrated colorful children's book that shares the message that families come in all shapes and sizes. What a delight to read with the kids. Especially fun finding Peachy on every page.

Beautiful story and illustrations that kids will love
Rylee Finds A Family helps introduce young children to topics such as uncertainty, bravery, and friendship/family. My children have enjoyed following Rylee throughout the story, helping her search for a family by locating hidden characters within the colorful illustrations. The story culminates with a wonderful message between the lines that while others you meet may be different from you, everyone can still be a friend or part of a family, despite any differences on the outside. I have loved reading this with my children to help them pick up on traits such as courage, kindness, and friendship. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cute story to read with young children.
A must have for your little ones!
I'm very excited to see that the world has access to this story! This has been in the night time rotation for both my children for the past 6 and 2.5 years. It's a very cute short story of an animal family coming together despite their differences. The illustrations are beautiful and engaging. It's a great book for a young one learning to read as well!
Cute, colorful and fun!
My daughter (9 months) and the kids I nanny for (2-4) absolutely LOVE this book! It has wonderfully colorful illustrations and it's a really cute, fun story. All of the animals are adorable. I'm lucky enough to have an original copy but can't wait for the new edition to arrive soon.
