"Nicholas Flamel, Pernelle Flamel, Sophie, and Josh return to San Francisco. This is the 4th book in the series and so many plots and twists had me a bit confused We still do not know who the Flamels are. Like i said so many plots to keep up with."

"The series is good but by the fourth book, nothing significant has really happened. Since the second book it has been a repeat of meet a famous person, learn a skill, be in danger. There are secrets about the Flamels continuously hinted at but nothing is ever revealed. The last book will likely tell us but the reminders are becoming more annoying that useful."
