Morton is the Overseer. He has served in various capacities throughout his ministry. He served as a member of the Evangelistic and Intercessory Team at Spirit of Life International. He was affirmed Apostle and Consecrated Bishop on November 14, 2015 by Apostle Bishop Barbara C. Moore of The Covenant Fellowship of God's Amazing Grace Ministries.
