Michelle Mulder is a graduate of the Humber School of Writing and won Harpweaver''s Eleanor Abram prize for fiction in 2004. Her articles have appeared both nationally and internationally in publications such as Maclean''s, Canadian Geographic and Reader''s Digest. Yolanda Poplawska is an illustrator and graphic designer living in Halifax. She is the author and illustrator of A Halifax ABC, and illustrator of Theodore Too and the Too-Long Nap, and she also illustrates a series of greeting cards depicting Nova Scotian scenes.
