Segun Stephen Oladijo, Ph.D.,is a member of the research staff in the Department of Chemical, Metallurgical, and Materials Engineering at Tshwane University of Technology, South Africa. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, where he specialized in developing innovative high-entropy alloy thin film coatings for structural and biomedical applications.  Dr. Oladijo's current work focuses on creating sustainable, high-performance coatings through advanced materials characterization and thin film technology, as well as using a frugal approach. His research has been published and cited in reputable journals, and his current scholarly efforts include advancing sustainable thin-film technologies.

Abimbola Patricia Popoola, Ph.D.,is a Full Professor at the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), South Africa, specializing in advanced engineering materials, corrosion science, and sustainable energy. She has authored over 450 articles in refereed journals, produced two patents, and written 50 book chapters, in addition to more than 100 papers in refereed conference proceedings and over 30 oral/poster presentations at national/international conferences. She is an editor of two scholarly books and a recipient of multiple national and institutional research awards. Prof. Popoola was recognized as a Top Female Professor among the top 500 researchers in Africa and the first from TUT.

Michael Oluwatosin Bodunrin, Ph.D.,is an Associate Professor at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, specializing in titanium, stainless steel, and alloys for biomedical and structural applications. Dr. Bodunrin has over 60 peer-reviewed journal articles and has contributed to multiple book chapters. He is the founder of the Monodunrin Dream Building, supporting African research collaboration.
