ADHD Must Have Resource

"This is a fantastic workbook for parents to use with their child to help explain ADHD. With helpful information and activities to explore their child’s strengths and support them in finding strategies to help them manage their weaker areas. We enjoy completing a few activities together in the evening. I recommend this for parents and children who are looking to thrive with ADHD and build a better knowledge around it."
