A must read for women of all ages

"Dr Vonda makes a dry subject understandable and interesting. You can feel the urgency in her writing. Her plan is largely doable, but unfortunately the tests she outlines to discover your starting point are unrealistic for most people who rely on the public health care system."

MacArchie (4/5)
