"I had it sitting on my bedside for 2 days with water in it and went to go refill/clean it and the bamboo wood lid was coated in black mold! And I have tried to scrub it and it’s permanently stained black now. Don’t get it!!"

Good Glasswear, Terrible Wood Cover

"I would give this a 4 stars in the sense the glass part is really nice and I use the cup regularly, but I hold my items I buy to a high standard and because the wooden area seems prone to mold growth, I drop my rating to 2 stars because this is a serious issue even now, and they should improve on this aspect. The wood cover. Its not made very well, everytime I use it, if I leave it alone for a few hours, I have seen black spots appear on the bottom area where it gets in contact with water. Good news, I have found that making sure I leave the lid off after use has stopped the overall appearance of the black spots."
