"Jackal of Dreams" retells an expository documentary in the form of fiction, about a woman named Miliani, who goes into see a medical provider whose unethical behavior birth irreversible consequences. But on the contrary to Miliani's ill-fated nightmare with the good doctor, the bell rings for Rosemary in, "Vinnie", as she punches her way out the corner of a new love interest.
"Vinnie" is a psychological thriller about a man whose sole desire is to make women the star of his horror movie, in which he co-stars and directs.
Finally, who soever was first, finishes last in, "Ticket Home." This supernatural tale depicts a woman's final hours with her abuser and how she triumphs over her own death sentence.
The collection ends with a poem, "Virtuous Woman" in the form of a spoken word, by a woman who learns its true definition.
