Helen Jane Rose completed a degree in Journalism and then worked as an editor and journalist in London. But life had other ideas for her. A move abroad and some harsh life challenges later saw her questioning the meaning of life and what was going on in the world. Her searching led to places she wasn't expecting to go to -within herself and the world at large. Synchronicity took its hold and she found herself developing an uncommon skill known to some as automatic writing. Not wanting to be deemed crazy or different she kept secret her transcribings for over 8 years. She started yoga, meditated daily, trained as a reiki healer and qualified as a mediation and mindfulness teacher. Unbeknown to her at first, a book was being formed through her automatic writing.
