Excerpt from Waters' Pamphlet of the Public Laws of Georgia, Passed at the Extra Session in March 1864: Embracing Many Important Acts and Resolutions
Sec. III. Be it further enacted. That the following section be added to the Act of which this is amendatory; That all cases under this Act shall be tried at the county town of the county, or in the district where the defendant resides.
Sec. IV. Be it further enacted, That all conflicting laws be, and the same are hereby repealed.
