Yoga classes for each Season, how inspired!
"I went through all the yoga books available at my Chapters Indigo store before finding this gem. The yoga sequences by season are inspired. Each season includes yoga sequences, recommended props, meditation exercises, breathing exercises and more. The yoga poses are very well described and illustrated. There is not superfluous verbiage just clear and precise instructions. Most importantly , special attention was provided to breathing which is so important when doing yoga. This book provide great insight into the practice of yoga and can be used in lieu of or to supplement in person classes at the studio. I am very much looking forward to the upcoming year of yoga."

"This is a lovely book with great photos and resources such as music choices, books, and meditations. It is great for readers who are familiar with yoga, and who, perhaps, are also familiar with the delightful author, Kassandra, who teaches millions of people on her YouTube Channel. It would not be a great book for someone just starting out in yoga, or someone with various age related challenges such as tight muscles and joints. Her previous book , Yin Yoga” addresses many possible modifications for more challenging poses and would be more helpful for this type of yoga student."
