The title ...You Can Do Better Than That... is something He said to me when I was experiencing the malaise.

The themes are just what I went through in recovering and rehabilitation from this demise. It also covers some of the things I can remember from early childhood to the present.

I wanted to have it for my family to read but as I got writing... it might be good for people like my circumstance to know that they're not alone.

I don't think a book has been published that comes from an actual survivor that confronts it in this way.
